Comfortable living to the maxIn order to optimize living conditions the designers went for state of the art heating and ventilation equipment. Each home is equipped with a low-energy, warmth saving climate control unit providing great value for money, heating and ventilation.
A minimum of maintenance
The buildings are build with high quality, low maintenance materials, window and door frames, outer walls and roofing materials are chosen to provide the best energy saving returns as well as being extremely low in maintenance.
Underground Parking
The project also comes with an underground car park with your own private parking space. It gives the surrounding area a low traffic level impression, adding to safety. Each housing unit also has its own point of access to the car park.

The origins of the name Oragneboom
This area has been known as Oragneboom since round about 1750. On the first of April of that very year Jan Teunisz Post was issued a license to tap (beer, wine and spirits) and to open an inn which he named Oragneboom at this location.
It was a farm-styled building where you could spend the night in a minimum of comfort and be nourished by a simple meal. Travelers in particular on their way to Naarden would stop here when they feared to arrive at their destination with the city gates already shut. The inn also served coach house for mail horses.
Apartements
We ordered the architect to design a project that would keep the wishes and desires of their future tenants in mind. This has resulted in a uniquely shaped building housing a total of 39 separate apartments.
These dwellings come in a variety of no less than 16 variations. From one bedroom apartments to some very spacious ones indeed. Apartment project Oragneboomstaete has got something for everyone who's looking for a new house or apartment, whatever the size of your family and/or budget.
Each apartment comes with a unique environment guaranteeing a maximum of comfort.
Each unit is designed in such a way that all available space has been used to its maximum advantage. The brochures at hand offer an overview of the different types of apartments and semi-attached houses attainable.

Semi detached houses
The semi-attached houses are quite spacious, covering a total of 4 floors. The architecture is distinctively styleful, contemporary yet ageless. The gorgeous windows, unique shapes and great masonry show the hand of a marvelous architect.
The buildings, houses and apartments radiate ambiance and character and show a great interest in detail.
The houses are laid out in such a way that gives you lots of opportunity to utilize the place just the way you want and thereby live the way you want. The first floor contains a large open kitchen and a separate generous living room.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom and an additional toilet. From the landing a staircase will lead you to the third floor; this is a large attic that can be either used to add additional bedrooms or hobby spots.
The attic also gives access to a lovely roof garden. The basement contains your parking space or storeroom as well as a hobby or work room. Although the units are built according to a standard layout you are entitled to some modifications and have them changed to specifications more to your liking.
